Iberotel offers a fixed $25 late checkout to 5pm, which is the cheapest guaranteed extension on this list. Beyond 5pm they will hold luggage and grant lobby access but the room reverts. For a 9pm departure this is enough — you don"t need the room after 5pm, you need somewhere to sit and change.

Cleopatra Hotel Luxor and Thebes Hotel Luxor both offer flexible checkout arrangements but neither has a pool or lobby setup worth spending the afternoon in.
